What is STRESS?

Today, life is full of worries, concerns, pain and stress.  For many people stress is and has been a way of life.  It's important to remember that some stress is actually good, healthy and normal.    In reality stress can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to achieve your goals, hopes and dreams.  However, when stress becomes a constant issue in your life, your mind and body pays a heavy price by creating illness, pain or feeling anxious.

Stress is a normal reaction to events or situations that causes a physical reaction when you feel in unsure, unclear or in danger.  Often the body misreads this information and reaction and causes you more stress.

Causes of STRESS?

We are currently living in VERY stressful times. Financial worries, Heavy work loads, joblessness, health concerns, families and children problems are just a few situations that can cause stress. These situations combined with stress, can make have a daily impact upon your mind and body.

Have you noticed that some people can go through life calmly and relaxed, regardless of what is happening to them or around them?  They experience stress, but because of their perception of stress, they do not let stress compound or interfere in their life.

You too can learn to change your perception of stress and change the way your mind and body responds to stress with stress-less self-hypnosis.

Stress Less Hypnosis

You can train yourself to use self-hypnosis to achieve a deep state of relaxation. The effects can be immediate and with practice, you can see and feel great immediately.

A very brief explanation of Self-Hypnosis?

You become focused mentally and relaxed so that your critical and rational mind opens up allowing you to use positive suggestions to create change. Repeating these suggestions (affirmations) will create relaxation.

Self-hypnosis can help people get rid of anxiety, stress, depression and nervousness. This form of hypnosis is very effective when the person knows the right techniques and practices them daily. Usually to put yourself in a hypnotic state, you must find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted, sit in a comfortable chair and begin to breath deeply with your eyes closed. Think pleasant thoughts, relax your muscles and count down from 10 to 1.

Many of the worlds top sports athletes use some form of mental workout or peak performance training in order to reach the top of his or her sport. Whatever training you use, learning self-hypnosis and the power of your mind is crucial to your athletic and peak performance success.

Mind mastering is vital in order to move beyond just average performance. Many athletes are ok with a life of average performance. Average is OK when you are just training to stay healthy or stay fit and most people can do that with out the help of a coach or therapist.

Moving beyond being average in sports is a very different process and the areas that it is often used for are basketball, track, golf and boxing, all sports that involve very high levels of mental and physical training. All of these sports involve different techniques of visualization hypnosis and breathing exercises in order to generate powerful states of mind in which the athlete can perform at their best against the rest.

At high levels, it is often our own minds that sabotages and stop us from accomplishing our goals. Self-doubt, negative self-talk and negative self-hypnosis (imagery) all lead to lack of motivation, poor training and often injury to the athlete. So often people will talk them selves out of having success when they are physically able to accomplish anything. If this is you, it’s time to stop it NOW! I can help you. Call me.

The mental and emotional skills YOU need in order to become the best that you can be can be learned. I cannot guarantee you will be the best in your sport, but I can help you develop the mind power you need to compete with the best your sport has to offer.

HOW HYPNOSIS CAN HELP YOU STOP SMOKING PERMANENTLY!

Everyone knows that smoking is not good for you; everyone knows that you can develop health problems from smoking cigarettes. Have you told yourself that you are going to stop soon? Sound familiar?

The mental addiction can be more difficult to overcome than you anticipated. The actual addiction is stored in your sub-conscious mind and there is very little someone can do physically to help you overcome the mental addiction to cigarettes.
